There is no explanation of why it shouldn't be possible to manually install Forge or why it insists on connecting to a central server. My question is, why cannot it be installed manually? You might say that at that point it defeats the point of using MultiMC and that I should use vanilla or Twitch launcher or whatever, but I'd prefer to go through some annoying set-up to have just one launcher. I know that it is not possible to install Forge automatically. seems someone needs to actually read at least the first sentence of a question.
